FITA WORLD RANKING LIST

FITA periodically publishes since 1995 a World Ranking List for Olympic Bow Shooters, prepared giving points to the archers for the position they reach in the major world archery tournaments held with the Olimpic Round Format. The system has been changed from January, 1 , 1998.  Competitions are now weighted by age, number of top archers competing, number of partecipants and importance of the competition, with maximum value to Olympic Games and World Champioship. Starting 1999, the Rank List for National teams is also published.
From 2006 FITA is also publishing the World Field Rank Lists
The updted Rank Lists as well as the full description of the system used to compute them are available from the FITA Web site.
